For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut and southeast New York. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 1 AM EDT Tuesday. For the Wind Advisory, until 4 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Scattered tree limbs, as well as isolated trees and powerlines could be blown down. Power outages possible. Locally damaging wind gusts in excess of 60 mph are possible with any stronger thunderstorm activity this evening into tonight.     * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southern Connecticut, including the following counties, New Haven and northwestern Middlesex. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 758 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain capable of causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.4 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of up to 0.5 inch is expected. - Some locations that could experience minor flooding include...
