Southwestern Douglas County in east central Illinois... * Until 815 PM CDT. * At 714 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Owaneco, or near Taylorville, moving east at 65 mph. HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will be near... Assumption and Owaneco around 720 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of this severe thunderstorm include Shelbyville, Findlay and Windsor. This also includes Eagle Creek State Park, Wolf Creek State Park, and Shelbyville State Fish and Wildlife Area.
