    * WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches with total snow accumulations between 4 and 10 inches, highest near and west of the I-39 corridor. Ice accumulations up to a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 to 50 mph. * WHERE...Boone, De Kalb, Lee, Ogle, Winnebago, and McHenry Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds could bring down tree branches and cause power outages.
