Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
