At 20:10 on September 15, 2026, Shapotou District Water Affairs Bureau and Shapotou District Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a blue warning for meteorological risk of mountain torrents: according to the analysis of the latest meteorological data, it is expected that Xingren Town, Shapotou District will experience short-term rainstorm, and the rainfall in the next hour will reach 20mm. To this end, the Shapotou District Water Bureau and Shapotou District Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a level four meteorological risk warning (blue warning) for mountain flood disasters. It is expected that from 20:10 on September 15th to 20:00 on September 16th, there may be a flash flood disaster in Xingren Town, Shapotou District.
