In Nevada, Northern Washoe County. * WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Blowing dust downwind of desert sinks may bring visibilities down to 1 to 3 miles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected overnight between 8 PM and 3 AM.
