Missouri River at Boonville affecting Moniteau, Howard, Boone and Cooper Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood. At 25.0 feet, Numerous farm levees are overtopped. Flooding of agricultural land and secondary roads occurs.
