Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall will impact much of west central NM again this afternoon. Rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour are possible due to abundant moisture persisting across the area. Slow and erratic storm motions may result in repeated rounds of precipitation.
