In Wyoming, Sheridan Foothills. * WHEN...From 9 PM Thursday to midnight MDT Friday Night. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult on I-90 from Aberdeen Hill to Sheridan and Piney Creek, due to snow, areas of blowing snow and poor visibility. Cool, wet and windy conditions will be hazardous for young livestock. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain showers Thursday afternoon and evening will change to snow Thursday night.
