Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina... * Until 415 PM EDT. * At 117 PM EDT, Trained storm spotter reports heavy rainfall producing flash flooding in Old Village, with 3 to 4 inches of water moving over the roadways. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
