When: This morning through this afternoon. Remarks: Ahead of a low pressure system, strong southeasterly winds will develop over the southern Strait of Georgia and Haro Strait this morning. Sustained winds near 70 km/h can be expected and will continue into the afternoon before weakening. ### Local utility outages are possible.
