* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Erie, Huron and Lorain. In northwest Ohio, Ottawa, Sandusky and Seneca. * WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
