At 25.0 feet, Water overtops 1st Street in Tracy, Missouri. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to 22.4 feet early Wednesday morning.
