Where: Abititi, Parent, La Tuque, Charlevoix Additional information: Precipitation will start as snow before changing over to freezing rain, which could reduce the impacts on roads. Freezing rain will then change to rain. ### Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. Local utility outages are possible.
