MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE IN THE RICHMOND, WILSONS, ORARA, BELLINGER AND NAMBUCCA RIVERS AND COFFS CREEK A trough and cloud band over NSW will produce widespread rain over north east NSW during Monday and overnight into Tuesday.
