For the Black River...including Elyria...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Killbuck Creek...including Killbuck...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Eagle Creek (Trumbull)...including Phalanx Station...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sandusky River at Tiffin. * WHEN...From this afternoon to early Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, Flooding occurs along the Sandusky River near Route 53 north of U.S. 224. Flood waters will also cause Township Road 131 to become impassable. In town Water Street, Front Street, and Davis Street are inundated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.4 feet just after midnight tonight. In northwest Ohio, Seneca and Wyandot. * WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 720 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
