In town Water Street, Front Street, and Davis Street are inundated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
