Also, the access road the Lincoln Shields recreation area off of U.S. Highway 367 just west of the Clark bridge begins flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Thursday morning to a crest of 21.5 feet Thursday evening.
