Flooding is expected to continue at least through the end of this week. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 216 PM CDT, River gauges along the Fox River Chain of Lakes indicated that water levels continue to slowly fall, with water levels just above moderate flood stage. - The latest forecast from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources indicates that water levels should continue to slowly fall this week. Water levels may near flood stage by this weekend. - Some locations that will experience flooding include areas along the Fox River Chain of Lakes, including Nippersink Lake, Fox Lake, Pistakee Lake, Petite Lake, Lake Marie, Channel Lake, and Lake Catherine. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
