Rock River near Joslin affecting Henry IL, Rock Island and Whiteside Counties. Mississippi River at Muscatine affecting Muscatine, Rock Island, Louisa and Mercer Counties. Mississippi River at Gregory Landing affecting Clark and Hancock Counties.
