    Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "HENRY" was estimated based on all available data at 70 km West Southwest of Abucay, Bataan (14.4°N, 119.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Visayas and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Bohol** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Inabanga, Ipil, Matulid, Loboc and Abatan. + **Cebu** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kotkot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban and Sabangdaku. + **Negros Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly La Libertad, Tanjay, Candugay, Siaton, Cawitan, Sipocong, Bayawan, Pagatban and Lower Tabanan. + **Siquijor** - All rivers and its tributaries

Location of eye/center : The center of Tropical Depression HENRY was estimated based on all available data at at 240 km West Southwest of Abucay, Bataan (14.2, 118.3). Strength : Maximum winds of 45 kph near the centerand gustiness of up to 55 kph. Local winds may be slightly stronger/enhanced in coastal and upland/mountainous areas exposed to winds. Winds are less strong in areas sheltered from the prevailing wind direction. Minimal to minor impacts from strong winds are possible within any of the areas under Wind Signal No. 1. The periphery of HENRY and the Southwest Monsoon will bring strong to gale-force gusts over the following areas (especially in coastal and upland areas exposed to winds): Today: Batanes, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, and MIMAROPA. Tomorrow (02 July): Batanes, Cagayan, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, and Palawan. Friday (03 July): Batanes, Cagayan, Pangasinan, Zambales, and Palawan. HAZARDS AFFECTING COASTAL WATERS 24-Hour Sea Condition Outlook Up to moderate seas over the following coastal waters: Up to 2.5 m: The seaboards of Babuyan Islands and Zambales; the northern seaboards of Cagayan and Ilocos Norte; the western seaboards of Pangasinan, Bataan, and Kalayaan Islands. Up to 2.0 m: The seaboards of Batanes, Isabela, northern Aurora, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Lubang Islands; the western seaboard of Bataan, Batangas, and Palawan; the remaining seaboards of Ilocos Norte and Kalayaan Islands. Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions. Other coastal waters have forecast wave heights of less than 2.0 m. TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK It must be emphasized that heavy rainfall and severe winds may still be experienced in localities outside the forecast confidence cone. Refer to “Other Hazards affecting Land Areas” for more details. Furthermore, the track may still shift within the limit of the forecast confidence cone. HENRY is forecast to move generally west northwestward while moving away from the Philippine landmass. It may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this evening or tomorrow early morning (02 July). HENRY will gradually intensify while traversing the West Philippine Sea and may reach tropical storm category by tomorrow evening. Afterwards, it is forecast to remain as a tropical storm throughout the remainder of the forecast period.
