Primarily south-facing beaches. * WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...There is an increased risk of ocean drowning. Rip currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Waves can wash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats nearshore. Moderate flooding of sea water is possibly over some vulnerable low-lying coastal areas, especially around the late morning high tide, including over beach parking lots, bike paths, and harbor walkways.
