Isolated DAMAGING WIND GUSTS with peak gusts of 90 to 110 km/h are likely in showers and thunderstorms about the southwest coast from Bunbury to Windy Harbour this morning. Winds are expected to ease during this morning. People in southwest WA experience a system as windy as this about 5 times per year. Locations which may be affected include Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Augusta, Dunsborough and Windy Harbour. 109 km/h wind gust was observed at Cape Leeuwin at 2:18 am this morning. 96 km/h wind gust was observed at Busselton Jetty at 1:41 am this morning. 100 km/h wind gust was observed at Cape Naturaliste at 5:53 pm yesterday afternoon.
