For the Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected. * WHERE...Buena Vista, Buttonwillow - Lost Hills - I5, Coalinga - Avenal, and West Side Mountains South of 198. * WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 10 PM PDT this evening. For the Wind Advisory, until 8 AM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
