Gusts will be as high as 45 mph this afternoon and evening, then increase to as high as 50 mph Saturday afternoon and evening, and remain as high as 45 mph Sunday afternoon and evening. Winds will decrease but remain elevated Friday night and Saturday night. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 5 to 10 percent each afternoon and evening. Little to no recovery Friday night. Overnight recovery will improve but still remain around 25 to 35 percent Saturday night. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected.
