Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 739 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated flooding on area streams due to Heavy rainfall in the past 24 hours. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Vandalia, St. Elmo, Ramsey, Brownstown, Farina, Shobonier, Wrights Corner, Avena, La Clede, Pittsburg, Shafter, St. Peter, Bingham, Hagerstown, St. Paul, Bayle City, St. James and Loogootee.
