Winter storm to begin the week. What: - Snowfall amounts of 20 to 40 centimetres possible. - Near zero visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. - A period of freezing rain. When: Sunday evening to Tuesday afternoon. Additional information: Precipitation will start as snow, then gradually change over to ice pellets or freezing rain on Monday. ### Roads and walkways may be difficult to navigate.
