Marine Weather Statement issued October 31 at 5:57PM PDT by NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA

    från: 2026-10-31, 17:57
    till: 2026-11-01, 04:00

Scattered showers will continue across the coastal waters through late tonight. With increasing instability and enhanced potential for rotating storms, isolated waterspouts will be possible tonight, mainly from the coastal waters off Central Coast southward to the inner waters south of Point Conception. These same areas will also have a 5-10 percent chance of thunderstorms. Waterspouts are dangerous and can capsize boats. Never move closer to investigate or take photos. The best way to avoid a waterspout is to move at a 90 degree angle to its apparent movement.
