Overnight, 2 to 5 inches of snow has fallen across east-central WI. Radar has indicated the steadier precipitation has shifted north of the area. However, the steadier precipitation is expected to return later this morning into the afternoon as a mix of snow and sleet. Some freezing rain or rain is possible towards Oshkosh and Manitowoc. Thunderstorms are also possible. The snow could become heavy again, especially this afternoon into this evening. Winter Storm Warnings and Blizzard Warnings are in effect today into Monday.
