River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at St. Louis. * WHEN...From late Wednesday night to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 31.9 feet, The entrance to the parking garage just north of Eads bridge begins flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 24.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Thursday morning to a crest of 31.2 feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
