Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Pondera and Eastern Teton Counties, and Cascade County below 5000ft. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Visibilities will drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions.
