    * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following area, New Castle, New Jersey, including the following areas, Camden, Coastal Ocean, Eastern Monmouth, Gloucester, Mercer, Northwestern Burlington, Ocean, Salem, Southeastern Burlington and Western Monmouth, and Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Berks, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery. * WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms will move through this afternoon through tonight.     At 829 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Milford to Tinicum to near Quakertown, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible. Locations impacted include... Lansdale, Quakertown, Perkasie, Doylestown, Byram, Souderton, Bedminster, Chalfont, Tinicum, High Bridge, Hatfield, East Greenville, Clinton, New Hope, Dublin, Ferndale, Frenchtown, Milford, Riegelsville, and Stockton. This includes the following highways... Northeast Extension between mile markers 29 and 44. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 11 and 18.
