At 9:56 am on August 1, 2026, the Wenzhou Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for high temperatures in Wenzhou city: under the control of subtropical high pressure, it is expected that the highest temperature in all streets (towns) in Wenzhou city will reach 36-38 ℃ during the day. Shuangyu, Guanghua, Wuma, Nanjiao, Nanhui in Lucheng District, Ouhai District, Wutian, Panqiao, Quxi, Jingshan, Puzhou, Zhuangyuan and other streets in Longwan District will reach above 38 ℃. It is hoped that all relevant parties will do a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling.
