At 742 PM EDT, emergency management reported that PA-309 is impassable due to flooding across the roadway in the vicinity of Lanark and Hopewell Roads. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen in the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 to 2.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
