The heaviest rain continues to fall over the south-facing slopes and coasts from Maalaea Bay to Kihei to Makena to Kipahulu. Additionally, Emergency Management reported several roads closed in Kihei and Lahaina due to heavy flooding. HAZARD...Heavy rain producing life threatening flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar.
