    * WHAT...Minor coastal flooding. * WHERE...Aransas Islands, Kleberg Islands, Nueces Islands and Calhoun Islands Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT Friday, mainly around high tide. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
