Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon and early evening produced 1 to 2 inches of rain with localized amounts to 3 inches.
