    At 937 AM EDT, emergency management and PennDOT reported flash flooding. Several road closures have been reported in portions of Delaware, Philadelphia and Bucks counties due to flooding. Small creeks are running high in Delaware and Philadelphia counties, however are receding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. The heaviest rain continues to end from west to east across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 0.25 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Philadelphia, Trenton, Bensalem, Ewing, Chester, Princeton, Yeadon, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Hightstown and Jenkintown.
