While smaller creeks and streams are receding, medium sized basins are still above flood stage and beginning to crest. - Flooding impacts will continue particularly near streams such as Smothers Creek near Plainville and Beaver Creek at Shoals, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
