River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 817 AM EDT, Minor flooding continues in the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches fell yesterday and overnight. While smaller creeks and streams are receding, medium sized basins are still above flood stage and beginning to crest. - Flooding impacts will continue particularly near streams such as Smothers Creek near Plainville and Beaver Creek at Shoals, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
