Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms will move through this afternoon through tonight. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and large hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas.
