A polar low will Thursday morning develop southeast of Svalbard and will move towards East Finnmark. Thursday evening the center will be northeast of Varangerhalvøya. West of center the wind is expected to reach northwest strong gale 9, occasionally storm force 10. The low is expected to weaken Friday morning.
