Where: Central Manitoba. Remarks: A major spring storm will give rain, freezing rain and heavy snow to central Manitoba. The freezing rain will transition to rain or snow through the day on Thursday. ### Travel will likely be hazardous and some routes will likely be impassable. Prolonged utility outages are likely.
