At 18:18 on July 23, 2026, the Handan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds: it is expected that thunderstorms and strong winds will occur in the central and western parts of Handan City (urban area, Shexian County, Wu an, Cixian County, Yongnian District, Fengfeng Mining Area) from this evening to night, with gusts reaching 8-9 levels and locally above 10 levels. Please take precautions.
