At 14:11 on July 23, 2026, Jingning County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal: Due to the influence of convective cloud clusters, it is expected that there will be strong lightning activity in towns (streets) and surrounding areas such as Chengzhao, Hexi, Dongkeng, Meiqi, Zhengkeng, Bohai, and Hongxing in our county from this afternoon to evening, and there may be short-term heavy rainfall with an hourly intensity of 20-40 millimeters in some areas. Please reduce outdoor activities, do a good job in lightning protection, and stay away from live equipment such as wires and other similar metal devices.
