Hazards: Torrential downpours with local rainfall totals near 50 mm. Strong wind gusts up to 90 km/h When: Late this evening and after midnight. Additional information: Thunderstorms over Manitoba and Minnesota will move into the area tonight. ### Local utility outages are possible.
