* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 1 to 6 inches. * WHERE...Foothills and Valleys of Snohomish and Northern King Counties. * WHEN...From 5 AM Monday to 11 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Snow-covered roads may make travel conditions difficult at times and cause delays. Temporary road closures possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest amounts will be in the highest elevations closest to the mountains. A convergence zone is expected to set up over the area tonight through Monday, which will increase the chances to see accumulating snow in the Cascade valleys and foothills in the vicinity of US-2. Daytime temperatures above freezing will help to limit snow accumulation during the day and melt any snow on the ground.
