Strong winds that may cause damage are expected. A cold front sweeping through Saskatchewan on Sunday will bring strong northwesterly winds gusting up to 90 km/h. These winds will begin late in the morning but are expected to be strongest in the afternoon and will begin to taper off Sunday evening. ### Local utility outages are possible.
