The greatest confidence for critical wind speeds will be north of Highway 60 Sunday, and between Highway 60 and Highway 64 Monday. The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Fire Weather Watch...which is in effect from Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued from Monday afternoon through Monday evening. * AREA AND TIMING....The Central Highlands (Zone 125) from noon to 8 PM Sunday, and from noon to 7 PM Monday. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph both days. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values 10-12 percent Sunday, and 12-14 percent Monday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
