For Thursday, from the west-northwest sustained 15 to 20 MPH and gusting up to around 30 MPH. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the rest of today, as low as 25 to 30 percent. For Thursday, as low as 10 to 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly.
