The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AREA AND TIMING...The Northeast Plains (Zone 104), Northeast Highlands (Zone 123), and East Central Plains (Zone 126) from noon through 8 PM MDT Sunday, and from noon until 7 PM on Monday. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Sustained from the southwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph Sunday, and gusts up to 40 mph on Monday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 6 to 14 percent both days. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
