Gusty northeasterly winds up to 70 km/h. When: Beginning this evening and lasting until Saturday. Where: Northern and central Manitoba. Remarks: A major spring storm will give heavy snow to northern Manitoba. ### Travel will likely be hazardous. Visibility will likely be reduced at times. Utility outages are likely.
